3 weeks agoEOD and McG, I know you two guys new I had gotten two charges at the VA hospital and was supposed to go to court on March 1st. Well I got a letter from the clerk of Federal Court yesterday, with the official seal, and a copy of both citations attached and both charges were dismissed and I do not have to appear in Federal court or pay any fees. It was like Christmas in February, YeeeeeHaaaaa!!!!! you talking about a happy camper, It could have cost me a couple of thousand dollars and a lost Glock pistol. All I have to do now is go back to the VA hospital in Richmond and get my gun back. The police there went to bat for me and talked to the prosecutor and the charges were dropped, so it did pay to be cooperative with them when the approached and dealt with me.
Freedom is not just another word, it is riding my harley down the road with the wind in my face.
3 weeks agoNice. Congrats. I`m sure the VA attorney saw it as a lose-lose, and they NEVER need any worse press than they normally get anyway. It pays to be good now and then!LOL
